The Vineyard Wine Market

Sommelier Weekend Tasting-June 16-17

Eric Crane

As Empire’s Director of Training, Eric Crane regularly teaches classes on wine and spirits to his company as well as to the public. Actually, he’ll talk about this stuff to pretty much anyone who will listen. His spare time finds him enjoying his family and with his nose in either a book or a glass of wine.

Eric will be at The Vineyard for our Friday Tasting 5 to 7 to show case a collection of wines from various wineries from Hess.

Visiting the Hess Winery in Napa was one of my favorite experience! The largest private art collection is located there. When we were invited to have a “tasting” at the beautiful mountain winery we were excited! Little did we know, the tasting was not the normal “lean against the counter” style and try what they have. Oh no! Our host lead us into a large beautiful private room and we were seated at white cloth table and treated to a 7 course meal with each paired with estate wines! Simply wonderful!

Or usual tasting hours, Friday, June 16, 2017, 5-7PM and Saturday, June 17, 2017, 5-7PM. Of course there will be nibbles. $12 for the flight and food.
