6:30pm Reception | 7:00pm Dinner

Cork & Flame officially turns two years old, and to celebrate we are hosting a winemaker’s dinner featuring wines from the Flanagan Winery.

This California based winery focuses on creating balanced vineyards that produce an impressive line-up of high scoring wines

“We began in 1999 with the purchase of forty acres in Bennett Valley.  We are now producing vineyard designated wines from the top vineyards in the Russian River Valley and the Sonoma Coast.  Our sources include Platt Vineyard, Ritchie Vineyard, and Bacigalupi Vineyard for Chardonnay, and Gap's View Vineyard and Platt Vineyard for Pinot Noir. We believe that Platt, located near Bodega in the extreme Sonoma Coast, may be the best site in California for these varietals. We also make an elegant, structured Cabernet and a world class Syrah. “ excerpt from flanaganwines.com
